Ok, folks, this is my last Ishii upload. Totsugeki! Hakata gurentai is his first feature and last 8mm film. Haven't watched it yet myself, but from the looks of it, this is very much reminescent of eighties and nineties v-cinema, sort of like early Miike (only made in 1978). There is considerably more dialogue than in his earlier films, but it doesn't seem too complicated plotw...。影片内容是节选了赵尚志20多年抗战生涯中智取五常堡这一片段，讲述了他善于调动各方力量，在与日军周旋过程中，使用了调虎离山、打草惊蛇、将计就计等多种智谋，最终胜利智取五常堡的故事。。故事主线讲述一名开通的爷爷张通，因儿子及媳妇突于飞机失事，他遂负起照顾男孙子辉，孙女佩玲、佩丽、佩珊的责任。一家人相亲相爱，却又常因各人性格不同，产生不少拗撬，发生很多事故。子辉毕业后，进入广告公司工作。故事会从子辉这个人物，带出办公室政治，将其中种种矛盾之处，以嬉笑怒骂的方式加以讽刺，令人会心微笑。。
