2015年，涩谷。在从6年前发生的大灾害“涩谷地震”当中复兴的城市所新设的私立高中“碧朋学园”就读的少年宫代拓留，追寻着作为自身设立的新闻部活动一环的、被称作“新时代疯狂的再来”的连续杀人事件……。Ollie Dee and Stanley Dum try to borrow money from their employer, the toymaker, to pay off the mortgage on Mother Peep's shoe and keep it and Little Bo Peep from the clutches of the evil Barnaby. When that fails, they trick Barnaby into marrying Stanley Dum instead of Bo Peep. Enraged, Barnaby unleashes the bogeymen from their caverns to destroy Toyland。
